The Redman Agency was founded by Robert Redman in 1999. At that time, Rob was teaching at Starr Commonwealth Schools for Troubled Youth. Starr Commonwealth practices positive peer culture, with the goal of having students help their peers to change their values and thinking. Working with the students at Starr was a very challenging, rewarding and life-changing experience.
Armed with a teaching background, business degree and competitive nature, Rob Redman has grown the Redman Agency into the successful three-location business that it is today, serving southwest Michigan.
